Camels for Tourists.
Camels lead back to guides, to carry the next round of travels to the First wonder of the world, the Great Pyramids of Giza.

The Wonder Itself.
Apparently only the one Pyramid, the Great one, is considered a wonder of the world but I think we can agree that's just, a little picky. Cairo rises in the distance, an astonishing city of over A hundred Million people.
×
Good place for a Nap.
A two second long exposure catches this stray snoozing at the Great Pyramids of Giza Sound and Light show, narrated by Omar El Sherif. Which was pretty cool.
×

Shade.
Stray dogs catch a break from the sun, in the pendulous shade of our tour bus at the Great Pyramids of Giza. The Bus driver is either having a hard day, or, No pictures please.
×
Selfie?
I suspect not al the Camels were thrilled either to be there, or to be owned by whom they were owned. Its hard to measure third world country by first world values.
×
Dahli at Giza.
This Picture provokes thoughts of Dahli's work. For me, at least. The odd composition of characters in the foreground, the surreal subject mater and seemingly disproportionate composition.
×
Dog with a Bright Idea.
Strays all over at the Sunrise Hot air balloon Ride over Luxor. This dog had a thought.
×
She feels related.
Momma dog on the back of one among the long row of Sphinx's at the temple at Karnak, Egypt, in the golden glow of Dusk. I had great time in Egypt, incredibly Beautiful Place.

Better in Black and White..?
At sunrise, outside of the city of Luxor and a stones throw from the Valley of the Queens, A single farmer harvests his crops into bundles while morning fog, or maybe smog, creeps in from the city. A single hot air balloon sinks in the distance.

Once a God.
This Cat, on the floating temple at Philae, made me understand why the ancient Egyptians worshipped them as Gods. Heterochromeow? One of my absolute favorite pictures from the whole trip.

Ok, You're good.
Big thumbs up from these crazy sweet Nubian village ladies, after I pulled a little cash from my Pocket. Smart.
